Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ISOC1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ISOC1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ISOC1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ISOC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, SKCM, and SCLC are the cancer types where ISOC1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
