ISOC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISOC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,369 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISOC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP414, MIR194-1, and MIR193BHG. Each is linked with ISOC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISOC1-to-partner and partner-to-ISOC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP414 grouped by ISOC1-low versus ISOC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISOC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISOC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
