Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,532 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ISM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP1, PSMB10, and PSMB10_S230. Each is linked with ISM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISM2-to-partner and partner-to-ISM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ISM2 versus CASP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
