ISM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,325 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4441, RNA5SP27, and MIR507. Each is linked with ISM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISM2-to-partner and partner-to-ISM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4441 grouped by ISM2-low versus ISM2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
