Across TCGA cell cohorts, ISM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,896 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular respiration, Purine nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Renal vesicle formation. Each is linked with ISM2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISM2-to-partner and partner-to-ISM2 results are reported.
