Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISLR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,030 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ISLR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISLR, SEPTIN7, and KANK2. Each is linked with ISLR2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISLR2-to-partner and partner-to-ISLR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ISLR2 versus ISLR in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISLR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISLR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
