ISLR2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISLR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 956 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISLR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, FBXO7, and SUN2. Each is linked with ISLR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISLR2-to-partner and partner-to-ISLR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ISLR2 versus PRODH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISLR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISLR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
