ISLR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISLR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,503 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISLR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51AP1, NEK2, and DUT. Each is linked with ISLR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISLR2-to-partner and partner-to-ISLR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51AP1 grouped by ISLR2-low versus ISLR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISLR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISLR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
