ISLR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ISLR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,130 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISLR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with ISLR2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISLR2-to-partner and partner-to-ISLR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of RNA splicing grouped by ISLR2-low versus ISLR2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISLR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISLR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
