ISLR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ISLR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 515 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISLR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMM50, SH3GL2, and MAPK8. Each is linked with ISLR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISLR2-to-partner and partner-to-ISLR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAMM50 grouped by ISLR2-low versus ISLR2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISLR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISLR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
