ISL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, MEK1, and TFRC. Each is linked with ISL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISL1-to-partner and partner-to-ISL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by ISL1-low versus ISL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
