ISL1

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ISL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,360 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of type B pancreatic cell apoptotic process, Positive regulation of interleukin-1 alpha production, and Positive regulation of macrophage colony-stimulating factor production. Each is linked with ISL1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISL1-to-partner and partner-to-ISL1 results are reported.
