ISL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ISL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8B2, OR2AT4, and LGALS13. Each is linked with ISL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISL1-to-partner and partner-to-ISL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8B2 grouped by ISL1-low versus ISL1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
