Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ISG20L2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ISG20L2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ISG20L2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ISG20L2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
HNSC, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where ISG20L2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
