ISG20L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISG20L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 370 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISG20L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-82P, RN7SL238P, and TRAJ10. Each is linked with ISG20L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISG20L2-to-partner and partner-to-ISG20L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-82P grouped by ISG20L2-low versus ISG20L2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISG20L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISG20L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
