ISG20L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ISG20L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISG20L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROP1, NCAN, and HTR1B. Each is linked with ISG20L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISG20L2-to-partner and partner-to-ISG20L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PROP1 grouped by ISG20L2-low versus ISG20L2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISG20L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISG20L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
