Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ISG20 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ISG20 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher ISG20 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ISG20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where ISG20 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
