ISG20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISG20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 304 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISG20-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P18, RN7SKP256, and RNU6-440P. Each is linked with ISG20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISG20-to-partner and partner-to-ISG20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P18 grouped by ISG20-low versus ISG20-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISG20→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISG20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
