Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISCA2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,097 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISCA2P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle localization, Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, and Mitochondrial membrane organization. Each is linked with ISCA2P1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISCA2P1-to-partner and partner-to-ISCA2P1 results are reported.
