ISCA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ISCA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,850 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISCA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED6, VTI1B, and ALKBH1. Each is linked with ISCA2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISCA2-to-partner and partner-to-ISCA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ISCA2 versus MED6 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISCA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISCA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
