Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISCA1P6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,204 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISCA1P6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein K48-linked ubiquitination, Striated muscle cell proliferation, and Golgi organization. Each is linked with ISCA1P6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISCA1P6-to-partner and partner-to-ISCA1P6 results are reported.
