IRX6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRX6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Rictor_pT1135, and Smad1. Each is linked with IRX6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRX6-to-partner and partner-to-IRX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by IRX6-low versus IRX6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
