IRX6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRX6 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,257 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHST12, PRR14L, and GPAA1. Each is linked with IRX6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRX6-to-partner and partner-to-IRX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHST12 grouped by IRX6-low versus IRX6-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
