Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,103 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IRX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are AK6P1, RN7SL470P, and YBX1P9. Each is linked with IRX4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRX4-to-partner and partner-to-IRX4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AK6P1 grouped by IRX4-low versus IRX4-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
