IRX4

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 768 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRX4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile, mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions. Each is linked with IRX4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRX4-to-partner and partner-to-IRX4 results are reported.
