IRX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PM20D1, GPR33, and PRAMEF7. Each is linked with IRX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRX4-to-partner and partner-to-IRX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PM20D1 grouped by IRX4-low versus IRX4-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
