IRX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,781 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF1P10, BUB3, and TYW3. Each is linked with IRX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRX2-to-partner and partner-to-IRX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF1P10 grouped by IRX2-low versus IRX2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
