IRX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 127 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTMR3, TNRC6B, and IFT27. Each is linked with IRX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRX2-to-partner and partner-to-IRX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTMR3 grouped by IRX2-low versus IRX2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
