IRS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Cyclin-E2, and PKC-a_pS657. Each is linked with IRS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRS1-to-partner and partner-to-IRS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by IRS1-low versus IRS1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
