The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IRGM Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IRGM expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where IRGM Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
