IRGC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRGC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,371 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRGC-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZPR1, WRAP73, and ALMS1-IT1. Each is linked with IRGC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRGC-to-partner and partner-to-IRGC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZPR1 grouped by IRGC-low versus IRGC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRGC→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRGC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
