Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRGC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,294 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRGC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with IRGC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRGC-to-partner and partner-to-IRGC results are reported.
