IRGC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRGC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRGC-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROP1, ZCCHC2, and ST6GAL2. Each is linked with IRGC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRGC-to-partner and partner-to-IRGC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PROP1 grouped by IRGC-low versus IRGC-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRGC→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRGC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
