IRF9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRF9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,803 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRF9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MX2, OAS2, and ISG15. Each is linked with IRF9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF9-to-partner and partner-to-IRF9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRF9→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRF9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
