The most reproducible IRF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC70, APOA5, and IRX4. Each is linked with IRF9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF9-to-partner and partner-to-IRF9 results are reported.
