IRF8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRF8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,425 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMSN1, PIK3AP1, and SLA. Each is linked with IRF8 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF8-to-partner and partner-to-IRF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IRF8 versus SAMSN1 in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
