Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRF8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,606 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IRF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDFY4, CD4, and PLCB2. Each is linked with IRF8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF8-to-partner and partner-to-IRF8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IRF8 versus WDFY4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
