IRF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRF8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-delta_pS664, GAPDH, and MEK1. Each is linked with IRF8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF8-to-partner and partner-to-IRF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-delta_pS664 grouped by IRF8-low versus IRF8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
