Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRF8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,926 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRF8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Follicular B cell differentiation, Plasmacytoid dendritic cell activation, and Synaptic vesicle targeting. Each is linked with IRF8 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF8-to-partner and partner-to-IRF8 results are reported.
