The most reproducible IRF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMPK2, HERC5, and IFI6. Each is linked with IRF7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF7-to-partner and partner-to-IRF7 results are reported.
