Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 240 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1272P, MIR1252, and MIR6771. Each is linked with IRF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF7-to-partner and partner-to-IRF7 results are reported.
