Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,791 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRF7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of MyD88-dependent toll-like receptor signaling pathway, Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction. Each is linked with IRF7 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF7-to-partner and partner-to-IRF7 results are reported.
