Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IRF5P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IRF5P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher IRF5P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IRF5P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, KICH, and LIHC are the cancer types where IRF5P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
