IRF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,594 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP113, PSAT1P4, and RN7SL191P. Each is linked with IRF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF5-to-partner and partner-to-IRF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP113 grouped by IRF5-low versus IRF5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
