IRF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,370 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EZH2P1, TNIK, and BUB3. Each is linked with IRF4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF4-to-partner and partner-to-IRF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EZH2P1 grouped by IRF4-low versus IRF4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
