IRF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRF4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, p62 Lck ligand, and PCNA. Each is linked with IRF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF4-to-partner and partner-to-IRF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by IRF4-low versus IRF4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
