IRF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM60, OR1J2, and OR11H2. Each is linked with IRF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF4-to-partner and partner-to-IRF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM60 grouped by IRF4-low versus IRF4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
