IRF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 450 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-57P, RNU6-55P, and RNU6-493P. Each is linked with IRF3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF3-to-partner and partner-to-IRF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-57P grouped by IRF3-low versus IRF3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
