IRF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRF3 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Preadipocytes, Adipocytes, and Th2 cells. Each is linked with IRF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF3-to-partner and partner-to-IRF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Preadipocytes grouped by IRF3-low versus IRF3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
