Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRF2BPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,724 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IRF2BPL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Negative regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with IRF2BPL in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF2BPL-to-partner and partner-to-IRF2BPL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II grouped by IRF2BPL-low versus IRF2BPL-high in PANCREAS.
